We recently shopped at Twamev Banjara hills for outfits for my husband for a wedding. We were assisted by Suresh, who was par excellence in his customer care and professionalism. He was friendly, attentive to our needs, steered us in the right direction by making great recommendations. Before coming to the store, we visited another major store in Hyderabad and were misguided of sizes and alterations. Suresh, with his keen eye, identified that the issue was not shortening sleeves in that size but it was with the shoulder and helped us pick items that fit better.
